I have an acre of land to cut and my son or I can cut the grass in no more then 30 minutes and the lawn looks great. Easy to start and easy to operate. We love our 61 in cut Husqvarna mower.

I have Yard Man 13AN69OG352 16.5 HP, 42" cut, hydrostatic drive. Do you have a transmission drive belt for this model?. The mower is in a remote location. How difficult is it to change the transmission belt?

Thank-you

when i'm riding along with the blade not engaged it sounds great but when I engage the blade to mow its very noisy compared to other mowers in my area. Its been like that since the day I purchased it. Its a 30",12.5 hp.

Picked up this mower today. I have about a half acre to mow and it took me a little over 3 hours with a push mower. With this one it took less than an hour. Soooooooo nice!! This is a real nice mower. No bells and whistles. Solid, although the skin is a bit thin. No problems with power going up my smaller hills. Runs strong, very nice turning radius. Would highly recommend.

First of all, unpacking the Recharge mower is a challenge. You essentially have to demolish the packing material, which makes it impossible to return the mower since you have to return it in the original packing. Getting the mower off the shipping pallet required the assistance of a block and tackle to lift it over the edge--not an easy job.

The mower itself seems to cut ok, but there are two things to consider. First, the steering is very hard if you're used to the rack and pinion steering found on most riding mowers. Second, the turning radius is large, a bit over 4 feet, making it difficult to use in tight places or to make sharp turns, especially if you mow in a diminishing circle as I do.

My recommendation: try the thing out before you buy it. This may be difficult as there don't seem to be many (any?) local dealers.

Remember that this isn't for the regular lawn in the suburbs - a 54 inch zero-turn mower is meant to be used on large, acre-size areas for the power user.

i have a problem with the deck. it wont disengage the blades all the way and burnd the belts, but if i adjust the deck then the belt drags on a guard at the back of the deck and eatsw the outside of the belt till it brakes

I purchased this tractor on April 30. On May 6 I was using it for the second time and the belt that turns the blades broke. I calle dthe Sears store where I purchased it less than a week before and I was advised the belt is not covered under the warranty. What?? On a 6 day old tractor?
Complained to Sears customer service and they agreed to have a tech come out and replace the belt.
On Aug 10, the clutch cable broke. Again a call to Sears customer service and the tech was back out on Aug 18. Aug 21, the clutch cable broke again. Another call to customer service, and Sep 8 it was fixed. Sears sent a $50 gift card for my trouble. Oct 3 and the clutch cable broke again.
It is now Oct 27 and I'm still waiting for a call to set up an appointment to have it fixed.
That works out to me owning the tractor for 180 days, and it being broker for 58 of them so far.
When the tractor works, it works well, but when it breaks part way through cutting your lawn, it is very frustrating.
I would advise if anyone is looking at this tractor, they should keep looking.

October 16, 2010 ... I have a new 3 bladed MTD Yardman 7 speed riding mower Model No. 13RL771H029, Ser. No. 1E088B70184 from Home Depot. It had a defective battery and I had to replace the battery before I could even get it started for the first time. In the last year and a half I have replaced at least five belts. Dealer says it takes a 754 04142 belt and I have bought several. They are very loose when PTO is disengaged and will not stay on the pulleys. They are damaged when thrown off or burned off on the motor pulley when blades will not start. It will shift to reverse. I paid over $150 for belts and $80 for professional servicing the first time as recommended by Home Depot. At the present time the blades cannot be moved. I suspect that a deck bearing has frozen up. I give up ... I have spend more time under this mower than mowing grass.

Good morning,

I need to know exactly where to put a jack and then jack stands in order to change the blades on my Craftsman riding lawn mower. I have a 42" 20 hp mower. I have not been able to find any information on doing this. Should I lift in front or the rear of the mower. From looking under the mower there looks like there might be room for a jack but not room for the jacks and complete saftey.

Thanks for you help anbd timely reply,

this is by far the worst riding lawn mower I have ever owned I bought mine at lowes just five years ago and am already looking for a new lawnmower. have had nothing but trouble since the day I brought it home I have lost count how many times I've had to have pieces welded back on. or have had to buy replcement parts. because pieces fall off or break. every time I mow the lawn is a fight just to get it done without something else going wrong. don't make the same mistake I made.

I purchased this mower at the end of 2008. I've used it through 2009 and 2010, putting 320 hours on the clock. Heres the pros and cons as I've experienced them. The deck lift pedal and deck postition lock system is junk. The material is carrying the load of the deck and will wear out which will cause the deck to fall from the setting the operator puts it at. The cut is very nice and flat but is too low. The deck will not go as High as I've needed it for a realy tall yard,so, I agree that this mower is suited for residential and light industrial use, not full industrial purposes. The only other thing that has realy bugged me is that when I'm cutting across a hill, with the left side high, the mower is fairly controlable and will track. If I try to turn around and cut the opposite direction, with the right side of the mower high, I fall off the hill almost every time! So, I think the controls are a little out of sync.
